LiveOn Rewind was born and raised in the Midwest (downtown Kansas City, Missouri to be precise). All of our services are performed in our historic office space, the former home of Western Union. While methods of communication have changed in our building, we’re still committed to the importance of connecting family and friends, just like Western Union. We consider the media we preserve to be telegrams of a different kind, ones that can be shared with future generations, communicating to them our personalities, values, advice, beliefs, how we lived and loved.

We're all about communication. Communication in the present is important to us as well. At LiveOn Rewind, we know how much your memories mean to you and that is why we consider customer service to be our top priority. Whether it is chatting with a Specialist on our website, via email or on the phone, we want you to feel free to ask us any questions that might come up. Even if a question comes to mind at 2 a.m, we’ll have your email answered the next morning. All of our Specialists are trained to be able to guide you easily through the steps of digitizing your photos and videos, so you will always be in communication with someone who is knowledgeable and cares about your media just as much as you do.
