• How we convert your pictures to digital

  Our photos are given the white-glove treatment from start to finish. First, we gently remove dust and fingerprints from the surface of your picture. Then, it is hand-scanned in one of our state-of-the-art scanners, which enhances the image using Digital ICE technology. We convert your photographs at 300 dpi, or 1200 dpi for slides.

• We realize your memories are important to you

  That's why we email you the first image that we scan. Once we've finished converting your images, we create a beautiful DVD copy of your digital media to send back with your originals.
